I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and have an excellent experience shopping with me. There are a few ground rules...
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in returned in the original packaging. Please contact me at email@example.com or by phone (575)414-0768 prior to returning the item for authorization.
Custom orders are exempt from being returned.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
The pieces you see for sale are one of a kind and ready to ship. There are no lead times. The item pictured is the exact one that you will receive.
USA - All items in my shop ship USPS Priority Mail 2 to 3 days shipping with insurance and delivery confirmation. Packages ship once a week on Wednesdays. I pack them extremely well (after all, my paintings are very personal to me). I believe that if you care enough about my work to purchase it, then I should care enough to ensure it arrives in a timely manner and unspoiled condition.
